how can you actually give 110%? where does the extra 10% come from? When poeple say that, it's normally BS and interviewers don't buyt it. It's a made up and exaggerated number. if you want to quantify your results, then consider using more tangible metrics. Like you increased sales 17% from 2010 to 2011 and grew the company by $4.5 million. now that says you give 110%. see what I mean. anyone can say they give 110%, but only a few can back it up.
